If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@auteeze.com. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• Your Order Number
• The reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days. Our team will do our best to stop the order before it enters the shipping process.

• Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.

After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy once the item arrives.

We do not charge any fees for cancellations. You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid if the cancellation is successful.

Orders placed using discount codes or during promotional periods can still be cancelled if they haven't shipped. Your refund will reflect the actual discounted amount paid at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please notify us immediately. We can update the address only before the order is dispatched. Once the package has left our warehouse, we cannot redirect it.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that while we process refunds immediately, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
